Population Health Informaticist (AI Training) About The Role We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build smarter, more accurate health AI — and we need population health experts to help get it right. As a Population Health Informaticist, you'll apply your expertise in health data and analytics to evaluate, improve, and inform AI systems designed to understand and act on population-level health challenges. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that lets you contribute meaningfully to cutting-edge AI development while working on your own schedule.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate and annotate AI-generated outputs related to population health data, analytics, and public health strategy
Review and assess the accuracy of health trend analyses, epidemiological insights, and intervention recommendations produced by AI
Identify gaps, errors, or misleading conclusions in AI-generated population health content
Apply your knowledge of health disparities, surveillance systems, and data-driven program design to guide AI quality
Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models reason about public and population health
Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings required Who You Are Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
Skilled in data analysis, health metrics, and translating complex findings into clear insights
Familiar with dashboards, reporting frameworks, surveillance systems, or health data pipelines
Able to assess the quality and validity of analytical conclusions at scale
Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills Nice to Have Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, or public health policy
Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
