Population Health Informaticist (AI Training) About The Role We partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models — and we need experts like you to make it happen. As a Population Health Informaticist, you'll apply your real-world expertise to evaluate, improve, and inform AI systems that reason about population health, epidemiology, and public health data. Your domain knowledge directly shapes how AI understands health trends, disparities, and intervention strategies at scale.
This is a flexible, remote contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to AI that could meaningfully improve health outcomes for millions of people.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate AI-generated responses and outputs related to population health, epidemiology, and public health informatics for accuracy and quality
Review, annotate, and analyze population-level health data scenarios to help AI systems reason more effectively
Identify gaps, errors, or misleading conclusions in AI-generated health insights and suggest improvements
Design or assess dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks within AI training contexts
Translate complex health data concepts into transparent,
structured feedback that improves AI model performance
Support surveillance, monitoring, and health equity evaluation tasks within AI workflows Who You Are Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
Skilled in data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools
Able to critically evaluate data-driven insights and identify where AI reasoning falls short
Strong communicator who can translate complex findings into clear, structured feedback
Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments Nice to Have Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, or a related field
Prior experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with AI training workflows or human-in-the-loop systems
