Bluestone is partnered with a well-established residential builder to recruit an experienced Pre-Site Coordinator specialising in dual occupancy projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading townhouse builder with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering well-designed residential projects. The role will suit someone who understands the complexities of dual occupancy construction and enjoys managing the detail from contract through to site start.

About The Role

- Coordinate dual occupancy projects from contract signing through to site commencement

- Manage the pre-construction process, ensuring projects are accurately prepared for construction

- Coordinate planning, engineering, permits, selections and construction documentation

- Liaise with clients throughout the pre-site process, providing clear communication and regular updates

- Work closely with architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants and internal construction teams

- Review plans and documentation to identify issues and ensure projects are construction-ready

- Coordinate variations, selections and client requirements prior to handover to the construction team

- Maintain accurate project records, databases and documentation

- Ensure projects progress within agreed timeframes and key milestones are achieved





The Successful Candidate

- Previous experience as a Pre-Site Coordinator, Building Coordinator, Contracts Administrator or similar within residential construction

- Strong experience with dual occupancy / townhouse projects highly regarded

- Sound understanding of the residential building process from contract through to construction

- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering and construction documentation

- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail

- Confident communicator with solid client and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines

- Proficient computer skills and experience working with residential construction software
