We are seeking a reliable and experienced Precast Concreting- Steel Fixer / Skilled Labourer to join our team. This hands-on role will involve working within a precast concrete environment, contributing to the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of concrete products.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, cut, bend, and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) for precast concrete products
- Assist with formwork setup, mould preparation, and concrete pours
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
- Assist with general labouring duties as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

- Follow all Workplace Health &
- Safety (WHS) requirements and site procedures
- Report hazards, incidents, and near misses promptly
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Contribute to maintaining a secure and positive workplace culture

Skills &
- Experience
- Previous experience in precast concreting and steel fixing (essential)
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills

- Requirements
- Construction White Card
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Current driver’s licence (preferred)
