Canberra Learning and Development Centre is a school tutoring business focusing on helping struggling students develop their skills. Qualifications & experience
- Professional experience in applying mathematics
- Teaching or tutoring experience would be looked favourably upon
- Cert 4 in training and assessment is acceptable
- Teaching qualifications in secondary mathematics would be helpful
Tasks & responsibilities
- Tutoring high school and/or primary maths students in groups of no more than 3-4 and 1:1 tutoring
- You may need to work between two locations on different days in either Phillip or North Lyneham
- Teaching all mathematics courses and in particular from 7-12
- Utilising resources provided by us to prepare work for the students
- Be able to provide feedback to parents
