Responsibilities - Monitor and report on program and project performance, identify savings opportunities and recommend corrective actions to optimise delivery outcomes.

- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of program and project management systems, methodologies, processes and reporting standards.
- Undertake project reviews and audits to ensure compliance, consistency and effective governance across program delivery.




- Provide high‑level strategic advice to senior leaders to support QTRIP development and alignment with government and departmental priorities.
- Coordinate the District Program Board and support informed decision‑making, planning and program governance.
- Build robust relationships and influence outcomes through technical expertise, collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Experience - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of driving accountability and delivering results through sound governance and informed decision‑making.

- Demonstrated ability to identify emerging risks, develop practical solutions, and inspire others.
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence.
- Ability to undergo a criminal history check.
- Demonstrated knowledge of human resource practices and frameworks.
