The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Business Advisory professional ready to operate beyond traditional portfolio management.

As Principal, you’ll lead a substantial portfolio of private business clients, acting as a trusted advisor to owners and senior decision-makers across a broad range of commercial and strategic matters.

Your role will include

- Leading relationships with high-value business advisory clients
- Advising on business performance, profitability and cash flow
- Growth planning, succession and broader strategic matters
- Leading complex advisory engagements
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Expanding relationships across existing clients
- Mentoring Managers and senior team members
- Working across service lines to deliver broader client solutions
- Contributing to leadership, culture and the strategic direction of the practice

This is a role for someone who wants to have a genuine voice in the business, not simply manage a larger portfolio.

About You

You’ll be an experienced senior public practice professional with the commercial confidence to advise business owners,



lead senior teams and develop long-term client relationships.

You’ll ideally bring

- CA or CPA qualification
- 10 years’ experience within Australian public practice
- Experience managing a substantial portfolio of private business clients
- Strong commercial and strategic advisory capability
- A successful track record in client relationship management
- Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Leadership experience with a genuine interest in developing senior people
- The confidence to contribute to broader practice and strategic decisions

You may currently be operating as a Principal, Director or experienced Senior Manager looking for a role with greater influence and a clearer path forward.
