Job Title: Principal Solution Designer Java / Spring Boot / Microservices

We are looking for an experienced Principal Solution Designer with robust expertise in Java,

Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture to drive solution design and technology strategy for large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and clients to define scalable, secure,

and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

The role requires deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience designing modern, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

 Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.

 Define architectural blueprints, solution patterns, and technology roadmaps.

 Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance microservices-based applications.

 Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.

 Develop HLDs, LLDs, integration specifications, and architecture artifacts.

 Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Technology Leadership

 Provide technical leadership for Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices implementations.

 Guide development teams on architecture principles, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.

 Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

 Drive application modernization initiatives, including monolith-to-microservices transformation.

Cloud & Integration Architecture





 Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

 Architect APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed application ecosystems.

 Define integration strategies involving REST APIs, messaging platforms, and third-party systems.

 Design containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

 14 years of experience in software development and enterprise solution architecture.

 Minimum 5 years of experience designing distributed and microservices-based systems.

 Proven track record in leading architecture and design for large enterprise programs.

 Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.
