- We are looking for an experienced Principal Solution Designer with robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture to drive solution design and technology strategy for large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and clients to define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

- The role requires deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience designing modern, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.

- Define architectural blueprints, solution patterns, and technology roadmaps.

- Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance microservices-based applications.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.

- Develop HLDs, LLDs, integration specifications, and architecture artifacts.

- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Technology Leadership

- Provide technical leadership for Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices implementations.

- Guide development teams on architecture principles, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

- Drive application modernization initiatives, including monolith-to-microservices transformation.

Cloud & Integration Architecture

- Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Architect APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed application ecosystems.

- Define integration strategies involving REST APIs, messaging platforms, and third-party systems.

- Design containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.

Stakeholder Management





- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, enterprise architects, and delivery teams.

- Conduct architecture reviews and solution workshops.

- Present technical solutions to customers, executives, and governance boards.

- Influence technology decisions across programs and portfolios.

Quality, Security & Governance

- Ensure adherence to architecture governance, security policies, and compliance standards.

- Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code quality assessments.

- Define non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, reliability, and availability.

- Support DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation strategies.

Pre-sales & Proposal Support

- Participate in solution estimation, RFP responses, and technical proposal creation.

- Support customer presentations, architecture discussions, and solution demonstrations.

- Contribute to effort estimation and delivery planning.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 14 years of experience in software development and enterprise solution architecture.

- Minimum 5 years of experience designing distributed and microservices-based systems.

- Proven track record in leading architecture and design for large enterprise programs.

- Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.
