One of our leading clients is seeking to engage Process Modeller for Sydney l ocation and Senior Process Improvement Engineer for Sydney/Melbourne locations

Please note candidate must have PR /Full working rights

1- Process Modeller -Signavio and BPMN 2.0

Contract Duration - 6 months

Mandatory Skills and Experience

- Min of 3 years of process modelling experience using process modelling tools such as Signavio and applying BPMN 2.0 standard.
- Demonstrable experience in problem solving and analytical skills, including the application of DMAIC principles to improvement initiatives (preferred)
- Track record of delivering on time.
- Experience in running and facilitating workshops in person and virtually.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence and achieve buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining quality working relationships with team members at all levels in the organisation in order to understand end to end processes.
- There will be considerable pressure on this role to attempt to address many priorities simultaneously. Effective prioritisation through solid stakeholder relationships is critical.
- Formal certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

2- Senior Process Improvement Engineer Duration -2.5 months

- More than 5 years of experience implementing continuous improvement processes within a labour-intensive, Industrialised workforce.
- More than 5 years of demonstrable experience in problem solving and analytical skills, including the application of DMAIC principles to improvement initiatives.
- Min of 3 years of process modelling experience using process modelling tools such as Signavio and applying BPMN 2.0 standard.
- Strong commitment to safety, backed by a practical understanding of ergonomics and Functional Safety principles.
- Track record of delivering on time.
- Experience in running and facilitating workshops in person and virtually.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence and achieve buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining quality working relationships with team members at all levels in the organisation in order to understand end to end processes.
