About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of food production and packing, including:

- Preparing and assembling antipasto, olives, vegetables, seafood, and cheese products

- Weighing, portioning, and packing products into buckets, tubs, and retail packaging

- Labelling and date coding finished goods accurately

- Ensuring all products meet quality standards

- Following HACCP and food safety requirements at all times

- Completing cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas

- Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in food manufacturing or food handling

- Sound understanding of HACCP and food safety practices





- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions

- Good attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

- Physically fit

- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
