About the Role

As Procurement Category Specialist / Buyer you will be supporting a dynamic Retail Buying & Procurement Sourcing Team with Food & Beverage focused spend categories. This is an end-to-end role which will allow you to prepare and run sourcing events including RFQ/RFP/RFO, market review and negotiations. You will be highly analytical and use your data-based insights to drive your commercial thought processes that will support decisions to optimise outcomes and deliver measurable procurement wins.

You will work closely with the Category Team, your stakeholders and suppliers, to ensure strong collaboration and engagement with all parties.

About You

Are you a Food & Beverage Category Buyer, Procurement Coordinator, Strategic Sourcing Officer, Procurement Specialist or Purchasing Co-ordinator looking to accelerate your career by taking responsibility for category spend?

This role will develop your procurement skills by taking ownership of sourcing activities to support the Category Manager for Food & Beverage. You will learn to manage tenders,



negotiate with suppliers and hone your contract management skills.

The Benefits

- Salary is $110,000 including super.
