We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and results-driven Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a professional who can translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product strategies and work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and senior leadership to define product priorities, manage the product lifecycle, and drive measurable business outcomes.

? Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, customer research, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, business requirements, and market insights.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature priorities, and release plans.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to plan, develop, test, and launch current products and features.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and resources.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, customer engagement, and business performance.
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience, functionality, and growth.




- Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams.
- Facilitate product meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment activities.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and performance to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify product risks, dependencies, and potential issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, customer behavior, and competitive developments.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product development, business analysis, technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing products, features, or cross-functional product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.




- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Robust understanding of product metrics, user experience, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
