Product Manager – GPUaaS / AI Neocloud

As Sharon AI continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy, roadmap and commercial success of our next-generation AI neocloud platform, delivering GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) to enterprise, AI-native startups, research organisations and hyperscale customers. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role sitting at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, accelerated computing and customer experience.

You'll work closely with the Build, Sales & Marketing and customer teams to develop highly scalable AI Factory and Cloud services supporting large-scale training, fine-tuning, inference and emerging agentic workloads.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced product leader who enjoys building products from conception through scale, translating market opportunities into differentiated products that maximise customer value, infrastructure utilisation and business growth. What You'll Be Doing

Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Sharon AI’s GPUaaS and AI cloud offerings.

Conduct market and competitive research across hyperscalers, AI neoclouds and emerging GPU infrastructure providers.





Translate customer requirements and market opportunities into prioritised product features and capabilities.

Partner closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to define platform architecture, capabilities and product delivery.

Own the lifecycle of GPU compute products, including provisioning, scheduling, networking, storage and AI platform services.

Define pricing, packaging, commercial models and business cases for new products and platform investments.

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Solutions teams to validate product-market fit and customer demand.

Lead cross-functional planning, prioritisation and go-to-market activities for new products and releases.

Monitor customer feedback, industry trends and emerging AI technologies to continuously improve the platform.

Define product KPIs, SLOs and success measures, reporting regularly on product performance and business outcomes.

Support strategic customer engagements, executive presentations and key technology partnerships, including NVIDIA.

Contribute to capacity planning, GPU utilisation optimisation and growth forecasting. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.

5–10+ years' product management experience across cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, platform or enterprise technology.





Proven experience taking technical products from concept through launch and scale.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, GPU technologies and accelerated computing.

Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies, Kubernetes, virtualisation and distributed systems.

Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, business modelling and market positioning.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused products and outcomes.

Strong analytical, data-driven and strategic decision-making skills.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on measurable business value.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving workplace.
