The Opportunity

This role reports to the Operations Manager, and we are currently seeking people with a wide range of trade skills to work across our different manufacturing departments. If you're a motivated and skilled worker ready to take on your next challenge, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing

- Provide day-to-day support across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Safely and efficiently handle materials and operate production equipment while maintaining high product quality and adhering to quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and compliant work environment in line with workplace health, safety, and quality requirements.

This is a manual job where physical lifting will be frequent. Also included is building of crates, use of power tools and equipment,



painting together with truck and forklift spotter duties. Why Join Us?

About You:

- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials in a safe and controlled manner
- Basic understanding of packing, labelling, or receiving procedures
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow structured processes
- Good teamwork, reliability and communication with supervisors and peers
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
- Willingness to undertake on-the-job training and WHS instruction
- Possession of a current police clearance or ability to obtain
- C Class driving licence (HR preferred)
- Strong work ethic, enthusiastic and conscientious with a flexible approach
