As Coordinator, Compensation & Benefits, you will support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of reward programs across a large, complex construction workforce. You will report to the Senior Advisor, Compensation & Benefits and contribute to market analysis, remuneration reviews, reporting and system optimisation while bringing fresh thinking to digitisation and efficiency initiatives within the Reward function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual remuneration processes and salary reviews.
- Benchmark roles and maintain salary structures.
- Administer benefits including superannuation and insurances.
- Produce reporting on pay equity, costs and turnover trends.
- Maintain data integrity across Workday and reward systems.
- Identify automation opportunities using Excel,
Power BI and Power Automate.
- Support audits and compliance with awards and agreements.
Required Skills and Competencies
Degree in HR, Commerce, Business, Economics or Data Analytics.
- Experience with HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Exposure to compensation, benefits or HR analytics.
- Solid analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
