Allens is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join the Leadership & Learning team, with the role based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. The role focuses on driving adoption of digital solutions, embedding tools into daily legal work and translating inputs into practical learning that changes behaviour.
You will partner with stakeholders to design end-to-end digital learning experiences, apply UX and inclusive design principles, and measure impact using learner data.
