The role covers 16–20 hours per week across 3 or 4 days, translating the UK business strategy into effective HR projects, policies and practices while ensuring legal compliance and a future-proof organisation.
You will drive engagement, support performance management, lead recruitment end-to-end, coach leaders, and help strengthen a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
