Key Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on engineering support to day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Work directly with technicians on the production floor to troubleshoot product, process, test, calibration and equipment-related issues.
- Investigate manufacturing problems using logical, structured and evidence-based problem-solving.
- Support root-cause investigations and drive issues through to effective resolution.
- Identify and support opportunities to improve quality, yield, efficiency, process stability and production throughput.
- Participate in daily production meetings and clearly communicate priorities, technical issues, risks and required actions.
- Proactively escalate issues impacting safety, quality, delivery or production while supporting their resolution.
- Work collaboratively across Production, Engineering, Quality, NPI, Systems and R&D; teams.
- Support engineering trials, process changes and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare, update and maintain clear production documentation, including Work Instructions, rework instructions, NCRs, ECNs and production records.

Skills & Experience





- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Manufacturing, production, test or similar hands-on engineering experience is preferred.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with logical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Curious, proactive and willing to learn, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Practical and hands-on, with confidence supporting manufacturing processes, troubleshooting and engineering investigations in a production environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment.

Role Details Employment: Full-time, standard day shift with secure hours.

Contract: 18-month contract with potential to become permanent.
