The Production Designer/Manager is a key member of the team responsible for delivering large-scale, highly detailed, technically challenging ephemeral environments and experiences for the world's leading luxury and premium brands such as Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Apple, alo, Van Cleef & Arpels and many more to an uncompromising standard of creativity, design and production excellence.
About You
- A premium operator with uncompromising standards across detail and delivery
- A build and technical lead, with extensive experience across custom build, fabrication, spatial design, AV, lighting and rigging
- Proficient in Vectorworks/CAD, producing accurate drawings and comprehensive build documentation
- Commercially astute, with strong control of budgets, quotes and supplier negotiations
- Strategic and solution‑oriented, calm and decisive under pressure
- Calm and decisive in demanding environments, able to multitask, think laterally and maintain quality under pressure
- Process‑driven, with rigorous control of schedules, logistics and delivery
- Confident,
hands‑on operator able to drive production outcomes end to end
- Strong collaborator and communicator across clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Safety‑focused, with ownership of WH&S;, permits and compliance
- Experience in, or a robust alignment with, luxury, fashion and beauty, and a clear understanding of pace, discretion and detail.
- Someone with an architectural and design background who is passionate about creating work that moves from concept to live experience.
- Current and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
