ASTON Bridal is an independent Australian bridal fashion brand creating bridal gowns, bridal minis and bespoke pieces for brides across Australia and internationally.

Since launching, ASTON has grown into a close-knit team across our Sydney and Gold Coast studios. We are creative and design-led, and equally focused on strong systems, clear communication, attention to detail and craftsmanship. We are now looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Production & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Avalon Beach, Sydney NSW.

This is not a traditional admin role. It sits at the centre of the business, connecting customer orders, payments, production, inventory, our design team and dispatch.

We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys keeping a lot of moving parts organised, making sensible decisions, solving problems quickly and ensuring nothing gets lost between teams. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing morning order and payment workflows, receiving new orders and routing the required tasks to the appropriate team members

Entering, managing and prioritising production timelines across customer orders

Monitoring upcoming deadlines and identifying orders that require prioritisation

Managing inventory and tracking stock through production and completion

Ensuring all ASTON pieces are properly QC'd and allocated to/by appropriate team members upon completion

Communicating with our production teams questions, priorities and order requirements

Submitting and managing purchase orders with production





Liaising between all main production and design teams throughout each aspect of the design and production process

Responding to customer emails, scanning for urgent emails, advising on production timelines, order progress and production-related solutions

Helping determine practical solutions when an order, timeline or production issue requires intervention

Documenting internal processes and helping improve operational systems as the business continues to grow

Acting as a central point between our accounts, styling, design, production and dispatch teams A large part of this role is understanding what needs to happen next, who needs to handle it, and how urgently it needs to happen. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You will likely be someone who:

Is exceptionally organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once

Has strong attention to detail

Communicates clearly and confidently

Enjoys systems, processes and improving how work flows through a business

Is comfortable taking responsibility for deadlines

Can communicate professionally with customers Is confident working with spreadsheets, internal systems and detailed order information

Enjoys being the person who knows what is happening across the business Experience in operations, production coordination, fashion, manufacturing, logistics, inventory,



e-commerce or a similar environment would be highly valuable, although we are equally interested in finding someone with the right mindset and ability to learn. LOCATION & WORKING ARRANGEMENT

This role will initially need to be office-based in Avalon Beach from approximately 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

ASTON has a significant amount of internal production knowledge, systems and processes that need to be learnt closely alongside a director and the broader team. We expect that learning period may take several months.

Once you have a strong understanding of the role and can operate independently, there will be considerably more flexibility for work from home. ABOUT ASTON BRIDAL
