We’re currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Member to join our team.

Department: Production (Fruit & Vegetable)

Role Purpose

Prepare, cut, and pack fresh fruit and vegetables for supermarket distribution, following food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash, cut, and portion fruit and vegetables according to specifications
- Pack prepared produce into containers accurately and efficiently




- Check quality and freshness of produce before and after processing
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times
- Meet daily production targets and packing deadlines
- Report stock shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Ability to work standing for extended periods in a cold environment
- Attention to detail and consistency in cutting/portioning
- Basic understanding of food safety practices (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
