TLM Cleaning Services is a growing, family-owned cleaning business built on honesty, reliability and genuine care. We provide domestic cleaning, NDIS and DVA cleaning occasional bond cleaning

We are looking for a reliable and motivated cleaner to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things and can provide our clients with a consistently high standard of service.

About the role

You will travel between clients’ homes throughout the Moreton Bay Region and North Brisbane. Your duties may include:

- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Dusting, wiping surfaces and removing cobwebs
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning showers, toilets, mirrors and sinks
- Completing deep-cleaning and bond-cleaning tasks when required
- Following individual client instructions and cleaning checklists
- Taking before-and-after photos and adding job notes
- Reporting any damage, hazards or concerns
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely
- Working independently and alongside other team members

What we are looking for The successful applicant must:

- Be reliable, punctual and available for consistent weekday shifts
- Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in achieving quality results
- Be able to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback




- Have good communication and time-management skills
- Be comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Be physically capable of completing cleaning duties and lifting up to 20 kg
- Have a current driver’s licence and a reliable, registered vehicle
- Be willing to travel between clients
- Have a current Police Check or be willing to obtain one
- Be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card if required
- Be respectful of clients, their homes, belongings and privacy

Previous skilled cleaning experience is helpful but not essential. Training will be provided to the right person; however, you must be willing to learn and follow TLM Cleaning Services’ procedures and standards.

Hours may vary depending on client bookings and business requirements. Applicants must understand that this is a casual position and consistent availability is essential. Pay: $34.00 – $36.00 per hour
