The Program Manager is accountable for the portfolio and program view of cyber and technology delivery within Technology Division. The role maintains the integrated roadmap, sequencing, dependency, risk, resource and governance view across multiple cyber and technology initiatives.
The role provides delivery oversight across workstreams and project managers, ensuring priorities are clear, delivery is coordinated, risks are visible, dependencies are managed and reporting is consistent for sponsors, executives and steering forums. The role will also directly manage selected projects where required.
The Program Manager is accountable for portfolio-level orchestration, delivery health, cross-project alignment and visibility of outcomes across the Technology & Cyber change agenda.
On offer is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Sydney.

You'll bring
- Significant experience delivering large and complex technology programs.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager leading multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
- Solid stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and executive audiences.
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, dependency management and delivery reporting.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including the ability to assess impacts and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent roadmapping and planning skills with the ability to connect strategic outcomes to delivery execution.
- Experience within regulated industries such as health, financial services or insurance will be highly regarded.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or similar are desirable.
