Role Description This is a part-time, remote Program Manager role responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing key club initiatives and projects.

The Program

Manager will structure project plans, define milestones, manage timelines, and track progress across multiple workstreams related to football operations, fan engagement, sponsorships, and organizational development. Day-to-day tasks include organizing virtual meetings, preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment among technical staff, coaches, executives, and external partners. The role also involves identifying risks, proposing solutions, and supporting decision-making with clear data and insights.

The Program

Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with the club’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, scheduling, and coordination of multiple initiatives.





Stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners.

Analytical and organizational skills for tracking metrics, managing documentation, and improving processes.

Experience with remote work tools and practices, such as online collaboration platforms, video conferencing, and shared project workspaces.

Knowledge of or strong interest in football and sports management, including familiarity with club operations and fan engagement.

Ability to work independently, manage part time hours effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Professional certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
