You'll run multiple projects and maintenance programs from award through closeout — safely, on time, on budget, and to the required standard. You'll sit on the Senior Leadership Team, lead our Project Managers, manage client relationships, and keep yard, vehicle and plant operations running smoothly. What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Project Delivery team
- Oversee planning, resourcing and delivery across construction and maintenance work
- Own WHS, environmental and quality compliance across your projects
- Manage budgets, forecasts, procurement and supplier negotiations
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, plant and logistics
- Build client relationships that bring us repeat work
- Spot risks early and deal with them before they become problems
- Improve our systems and how we work What you'll need
- A trade or tertiary qualification in landscape construction, civil engineering, construction management, horticulture, or a related field
- At least eight years’ experience in landscape construction, or a combination of landscape and civil construction, including at least 3 years managing multiple concurrent projects or teams
- Solid experience managing budgets, forecasts and procurement
- Strong working knowledge of the NSW WHS Act and Regulation, and environmental obligations
- General Construction Induction (White Card)
