Looking for Program Officer - Brisbane Your New Company: Hays Technology is partnered with the QLD State Government to recruit a Program Officer - Digital Solutions for an initial 12-month contract with potential extension. Based in Nerang within the South Coast Region, this team is responsible for supporting critical road infrastructure planning, construction, maintenance, and operational services across one of Queensland's fastest-growing regions.

Your New Role: As the Program Officer - Digital Solutions, you will play a key role in developing, supporting, and administering digital business solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies. You will configure and maintain SharePoint Online environments, develop low-code applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, and work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve operational processes.

You will provide technical support, user training, system documentation, and participate in digital transformation and business improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure solutions align with governance frameworks, information management standards, and cyber security requirements while supporting ongoing enhancement and optimisation activities.

What You Will Need To Succeed: To be successful in this role,



you will demonstrate experience working with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will have experience supporting or developing business systems and digital solutions, with the ability to analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent stakeholder engagement capability, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences are essential.

Experience managing SharePoint permissions, document libraries, metadata structures, and developing low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform will be highly regarded. Previous experience providing user support, training, and system documentation within a corporate or government environment will be advantageous.
