Talent Mode's Defence consultancy client is growing their Defence scheduling capability and seeking two experienced professionals — a Master Scheduler and a Supporting Scheduler — to help drive portfolio‑level schedule integrity, assurance and analysis across a major national capability program.
Contract rate up to $1200 per day based on experience

Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining and enhancing integrated master schedules in Open Plan Professional
- Integrating schedules across projects, phases and portfolio activities
- Supporting teams with WBS development, milestones, dependencies and assumptions
- Reviewing schedules for logic, critical path, completeness and alignment
- Monitoring performance, identifying delays,
constraints and emerging risks
- Assessing schedule impacts from risks, issues and decisions
Required Experience
- Strong understanding of the Defence Capability System
- 2+ or 5+ years in scheduling roles across complex Defence, aerospace, infrastructure or acquisition programs
- Hands‑on experience with Open Plan Qualified
- Proven experience developing, maintaining and assuring integrated master schedules
Mandatory Requirements
- Current NV1 security clearance (must be active)
- Eligibility for ITAR access (typically requires Australian citizenship)
