Role Description The Program Manager at Growths Lab is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing multiple growth initiatives across clients and internal teams. In this part time remote role, the Program Manager will define program objectives, build timelines, manage milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.

Day-to-day tasks include facilitating virtual meetings, tracking progress against key metrics, preparing status reports, and identifying risks or issues that may affect results.

The Program

Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, and maintain clear communication channels. This role also involves optimizing workflows, documenting processes, and supporting continuous improvement to ensure programs are executed efficiently and consistently.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in program or project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple workstreams.




- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a remote, part-time environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including facilitation of virtual meetings and preparation of clear, concise reports.
- Competence with digital collaboration tools (e.g., project management platforms, video conferencing software, shared document systems).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, monitor key performance indicators, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Proven ability to work independently, show initiative, and maintain accountability without direct supervision.
- Experience in growth-focused environments (e.g., consulting, startups, or performance-oriented teams) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
