We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead two key technology replacement projects within a complex enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on delivery role suited to a Project Manager who is confident managing procurement, vendors and senior stakeholders, and can take ownership of projects from procurement through to implementation.
Role Details:
- Initial contract through to December 2026, with potential to extend
- Brisbane-based and flexible working arrangements
About the Role You will be responsible for leading two technology replacement initiatives, including one project that is currently progressing through the procurement and vendor selection phase, and another larger system replacement project that is in the early stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across two projects
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor engagement, evaluation and selection
- Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and requirements
- Manage key stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and key deliverables
- Work closely with the project team to progress project outcomes
About You
- Proven experience managing technology procurement and vendor selection processes
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep vendors accountable
- Experience across Government, Higher Education or Healthcare environments will be highly regarded
- Experience with clinical or business-critical systems will be highly regarded
