The Role:

As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering projects across multiple asset classes in the planning and construction phases.

Whether you come from a developer or consultancy background, you will coordinate across all stages of delivery, work closely with senior leaders, and gain exposure beyond traditional built-form projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage project programmes, budgets and key stakeholder relationships
- Oversee consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
- Identify and manage project risks to maintain programme and commercial outcomes
- Support and lead PCG meetings at critical stages
- Develop capability across feasibility, approvals and delivery




- This is not a siloed role. It is broad, commercially grounded and designed for progression.

The Foundation for Success:

- Australian experience in property development or project management consultancy as a project manager of new build projects.
- Pre-construction experience with the ability to lead PCG meetings
- Full-cycle project management experience from design to defects
- Degree qualified in Construction, Property, Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong communication skills across multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in built form projects across apartments, education, retail, and other complex asset classes
- Commercial mindset with the ambition to grow into broader development responsibility
