Established nearly 20 years ago, we have built our reputation on strong design, product innovation, manufacturing excellence and reliable project delivery. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Commercial Projects team based in Kurnell.

Reporting to the Commercial General Manager, this role will suit a disciplined, commercially minded and hands-on project qualified who can take ownership of projects from contract review through to delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and with clear communication across all stakeholders.

You will also play a key role in leading and mentoring a small team, including project and drafting resources.

About the role

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Reviewing construction contracts and identifying project risks, obligations and delivery requirements

· Developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets and quality requirements

· Coordinating drawings, engineering, procurement, production, delivery and installation activities

· Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site-related project requirements

· Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams

· Monitoring project progress, costs, variations, risks and commercial performance

· Conducting site inspections and resolving project issues as they arise





· Preparing clear progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders

· Ensuring all project activities comply with WHS&E; requirements and company standards

About you To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

· 5–10 years’ experience in construction project management

· A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline

· Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications and project documentation

· Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client expectations

· Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder management skills

· Strong commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach

· Confidence working across internal teams, external clients, consultants and site-based stakeholders

· Strong systems capability and attention to detail

· The ability to lead, mentor and hold others accountable
