This government organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical initiatives within its UAT Testing portfolio. Working in a complex stakeholder environment, you will drive projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of business-focused projects, overseeing planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, delivery, and reporting.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will define project scope, establish delivery plans, manage risks and dependencies, and monitor project progress throughout the lifecycle. A key focus of the role will be translating business needs into actionable project outcomes, requiring strong discovery, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.

This position would suit someone who has transitioned from a Business Analyst background into Project Management and is comfortable facilitating workshops, eliciting requirements, and working through ambiguity to define and deliver solutions.

What you'll need to succeed





- Demonstrated experience delivering business projects in a Project Manager capacity.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and executive audiences.
- Previous experience eliciting requirements and facilitating workshops with subject matter experts.
- Strong project governance, planning, reporting, risk, and issue management capabilities.
- Experience managing project delivery within budget, scope, and agreed timeframes.
- Background as a Business Analyst or strong business analysis capability will be highly regarded.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations, ideally within government or similarly regulated environments.
