The Role

- Manage multiple civil projects from mobilisation through to handover and close-out
- Maintain control of budgets, programmes, costs, cash flow and forecast margins
- Lead procurement and administer subcontracts, claims, variations, EOTs and notices
- Work closely with Supervisors to coordinate staging,



resources, plant and project delivery
- Manage client and consultant relationships while identifying and resolving risks early

The Criteria

- Experience with a local civil contractor as a Project Manager, or Contracts Administrator, Project Engineer or Supervisor ready to step up
- Exposure to bulk earthworks, roads, pavements, drainage, subdivisions or industrial civil packages
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities
- Confident communicating directly with clients, subcontractors and site teams
