Working closely with Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in driving collaboration, improving delivery outcomes, and ensuring Agile best practices are embedded across the organisation.

Experience required

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within complex or scaled Agile environments.
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and ideally SAFe.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve team challenges and remove delivery blockers.
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of an organisation.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience within large-scale transformation, delivery, or operational environments.
