Project Manager | PM Consultancy | Commercial & Accommodation | Sydney

Our client is a well-established Project Management Consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the property and construction sector.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Sydney team.

This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning the Commercial and Accommodation sectors , providing exposure across the full project lifecycle from early planning and design through to construction and completion.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects on behalf of a range of clients, working closely with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities will include

- Managing projects from inception through to completion and handover
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Managing project budgets, programmes, procurement and risk
- Coordinating consultants and project teams throughout the design and delivery phases
- Managing the tender and procurement process
- Overseeing construction delivery and monitoring project performance
- Providing regular reporting and updates to clients and senior stakeholders
- Identifying and managing project risks, issues and opportunities
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed time, cost, quality and scope requirements




- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors

About You We are looking for a Project Manager with strong project delivery experience who is comfortable operating in a client-facing environment.

Ideally, you will have:

- 5+ years' experience within the property, construction or project management sector
- Experience delivering commercial, accommodation, residential, hospitality or similar projects
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
- Experience working within a Project Management Consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets and programmes
- A relevant qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
