? Melbourne | 3-6 Month Contract | Immediate Start An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join a large, complex organisation undergoing a significant period of transformation and change.
This newly created role will support multiple business critical projects across various functions, helping ensure initiatives remain on track, stakeholders remain aligned, and project timelines are effectively managed.
Working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders, you will act as the central coordination point across a portfolio of projects, bringing structure, accountability and visibility to an evolving project workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple concurrent business and transformation projects.
- Develop, maintain and update project plans and Gantt charts.
- Track milestones, actions, dependencies and deliverables.
- Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement.
- Gather and consolidate project updates from various teams.
- Prepare project reporting and status updates for senior leadership.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays where required.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and governance processes.
About You
You are an organised and proactive Project Manager who enjoys working across a broad range of initiatives and can quickly establish structure in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful, you will possess:
- Demonstrated Project Management experience.
- Strong project planning and scheduling capability.
- Experience creating and maintaining Gantt charts.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to operate autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
