Reporting into the Technology leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled change initiatives across the business. Acting as the bridge between technology and business stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered successfully while embedding sustainable change throughout the organisation.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of technology and business change projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project objectives and success measures.
- Drive organisational change activities to support user adoption and business readiness.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and project governance forums.
- Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors.
- Provide regular project reporting and status updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure projects align with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements.





About You
- Proven experience managing complex technology and business change projects.
- Strong background within wealth management, financial services, superannuation, banking, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.
- Experience leading organisational change, transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong governance, risk management, and delivery capabilities.
- Relevant project certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent are highly regarded.
