The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team in a Margaret River-based role.

This position offers the opportunity to manage a quality portfolio while playing an active role in growing our rent roll throughout the Margaret River region. You will enjoy the support of our experienced team while having the autonomy to build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued success of our business.

While your primary base will be our Margaret River office, travel to our Busselton, Dunsborough and Bunbury offices will be required from time to time to support the wider team and collaborate across the business.

About You

You are an experienced Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Ideally, you will:

- Have proven experience managing a residential property portfolio.
- Be confident building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Have a proactive approach to business development and identifying opportunities to grow the rent roll.
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Be an effective communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Hold a current WA Driver's Licence.
- Hold a current WA Property Management Registration (Restricted or Unrestricted).
