Role Description The Property Management Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Chatswood, NSW. This position supports the Property Management team with day-to-day tasks such as coordinating tenant and landlord communications, preparing and processing lease documents, and maintaining accurate property records. The role involves assisting with inspections, organizing repairs and maintenance, tracking rental payments, and following up on outstanding issues.

Assistant will help manage administrative workflows, prepare reports, and ensure that all interactions reflect the agency’s standards of professionalism and customer care. This role requires close collaboration with property managers, sales staff, and external service providers to support efficient and compliant property management operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Property Management and Lease Administration skills to support leasing processes, tenancy management, and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, scheduling, record-keeping, and office systems efficiently.
- Candidates should ideally have proficiency with property management software, basic computer skills (MS Office, email, calendars), and strong attention to detail.
- Candidates should demonstrate time management, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related administrative role is beneficial; relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate or administration are an advantage.
