We are seeking an experienced Property Management Professional to join our friendly and supportive Property Management team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced property management professional who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with the management of a residential property portfolio
- Preparing and assisting with entry and exit condition reports
- Conducting routine inspections as and when required
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Assisting with maintenance coordination and follow-ups
- Supporting lease renewals, arrears management and general administration
- Daily use of Console Cloud for property management tasks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal procedures
- Trust Account Management

About You





- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management
- Strong working knowledge of Console (essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail, particularly with condition reports
- Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Trust Account Management experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence
- Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
