About the Role

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio while developing and maintaining strong relationships with our property owners and tenants.

You’ll be a key point of contact for our clients and will take pride in delivering professional, proactive and solutions-focused Property Management.

Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you’ll have the resources and backing you need to manage your portfolio effectively while continuing to develop your skills and career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants
- Managing new tenancies, applications, lease agreements, renewals and vacates
- Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit inspections and preparing appropriate reports
- Responding to tenant and owner enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating property repairs and maintenance with trusted contractors and service providers
- Managing rent arrears and tenancy-related matters professionally and proactively




- Ensuring accurate records and documentation are maintained
- Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed in accordance with current Queensland legislation and regulatory requirements
- Working collaboratively with the wider Murgon Real Estate team to provide an exceptional level of service
- Contributing to the ongoing development and growth of our Property Management business

What We’re Looking For We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys what they do and takes pride in providing excellent service.

You will ideally bring

- Previous experience in residential Property Management
- Current Queensland real estate qualifications/licensing appropriate to the role
- Solid knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation and Property Management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Confidence using Property Management software and general office technology
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- A current driver’s licence
- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
