To ease your Workload
We know from experience how valuable our Property Managers are to the business. As such we outsource the following tasks to lessen the workload and allow you to focus solely on essential tasks:
- PCRs
- Advertising
- Home Opens
- Fees
- Trust Administration / Accounting
- Management Agreements
- Arrears automation
Your role
You'll manage your own residential portfolio capped at 100 properties, including:
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Routine inspections
- Lease renewals
- Rent reviews
- Maintenance coordination
- Vacates, bond inspections
- Tribunal preparation and attendance where required
About you
You'll ideally have
- At least 2 years' experience managing a residential portfolio
- Current WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with Property Tree (preferred)
- A reliable work ethic and solid attendance record
This is an office-based position from Cloverdale during standard business hours to ensure consistent service to our clients and effective collaboration with the team.
