The Prospect

In this senior role, you will take full ownership of a stable residential portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a residential portfolio of apartments with confidence and autonomy




- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tenant communication
- Working closely with leasing and inspection teams to ensure seamless operations
- Supporting portfolio growth through onboarding new properties
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Developing strong relationships with tenants and contractors
- Utilizing systems and technology to drive efficiency
- Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You

- Minimum three years’ experience in residential property management
- Current Vic Agents Rep and valid driver’s license / Car
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of Vic tenancy legislation
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
