Tracy Yap Realty is looking for a Property Officer to join our Property Management team, working across our Chatswood and Epping teams.

The Role

As a Property Officer, you'll be an important part of our Property Management team and a key point of contact for our clients and tenants.

Your day will include

- Conducting routine property inspections
- Conducting open homes and property viewings
- Completing detailed and accurate inspection reports
- Liaising professionally with tenants, landlords and the Property Management team




- Assisting with property access and other property-related appointments
- Ensuring every interaction reflects the high level of service Tracy Yap Realty is known for
- Working across our Chatswood, Epping and surrounding portfolio areas

About You We're looking for someone who is professional, organised and great with people.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- 1–2 years' experience in real estate, preferably within Property Management, leasing or inspections
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great time management and the ability to organise a busy inspection schedule
- Confidence working independently while being part of a supportive team
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A current driver's licence and ability to travel between properties
- The appropriate NSW real estate qualifications/registration required for the duties of the role
