$95,000 to $120,000 + super + bonuses + $2,500 PD allowance Full-time or part-time | Bibra Lake base + metro Perth outreach | WFH report-writing time Sigma Therapies is a clinician-led practice in Bibra Lake looking for a psychologist (registered or provisional) to work across psychological therapy and Positive Behaviour Support with NDIS and private/self-funded clients across Perth. This is not a PBS-only role, and it is not a therapy-only treadmill either. Your caseload can include therapy, behaviour assessment, behaviour support planning, consultation and reporting, shaped around your skills and interests.
You do not need to be a PBS practitioner yet. If you are already considered suitable as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or above), you can step straight into the full role. If you are a psychologist who wants to develop into PBS, we will support you with supervision and a clear development pathway, and your PBS responsibilities will build as your suitability does.
Provisional psychologists are welcome too. Supervision from a Board-approved supervisor is provided in-house, and your salary, caseload and PBS involvement will be set to your registration stage and experience. What you will get

WFH time for reports, planning and admin. This work needs formulation and thinking time, and we build it in rather than pretending it happens between sessions
Regular supervision and case consultation, including support with clinical complexity and NDIS documentation An admin team that handles bookings,
communication and practice systems
Full time or part time, with flexibility around FTE What you will do Depending on your experience and PBS suitability status: psychological therapy with NDIS and private/self-funded clients functional behaviour assessments interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans, implementation and review restrictive practice reduction planning where relevant consultation with families, support workers, coordinators, schools and providers clinical formulation, risk assessment and NDIS reporting collaboration with our OTs and allied health team What you will need general or provisional registration as a psychologist with AHPRA
PBS experience, or a real interest in developing into PBS strong formulation and report-writing skills confidence working with families, support workers and multidisciplinary teams a WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one Experience with disability, mental health, neurodevelopmental presentations, trauma, forensic or child and adolescent work is all relevant here.
