? We’re Hiring: QA Tester / Automation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused QA Tester / Automation Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our software products. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about software testing, automation, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality digital experiences.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts, frameworks, and test suites.
- Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Software Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other teams to resolve quality issues.
- Review business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and potential risks.
- Support API, database, backend, and integration testing as required.
- Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and compatibility testing.
- Maintain test documentation, test reports, defect records, and quality metrics.
- Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Continuously improve testing processes, automation frameworks, and QA best practices.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in software testing, QA, test automation, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies,



QA processes, and software development life cycles.
- Basic programming or scripting skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database testing concepts.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, or other development and testing tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
