Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a QA Tester / Junior QA Tester at the entry or graduate level. The role involves executing test plans and test cases for radiology-related AI applications, carefully documenting test results, and reporting issues in a explicit and structured manner. The QA Tester will perform manual testing of software features, verify bug fixes, and help maintain regression test suites to ensure consistent quality across releases.
Day-to-day work includes collaborating with developers and researchers to reproduce defects, refine test scenarios, and support continuous improvement of AI models and associated tools. The role also includes contributing to test documentation, following established quality assurance processes, and learning best practices for testing AI-enabled healthcare software.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Test Execution and creating and maintaining Test Cases.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a foundational understanding of Quality Assurance principles.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Manual Testing, including careful validation of features and bug verification.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and clear written communication skills.
- Candidates should possess basic familiarity with software development lifecycles and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub).
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is beneficial.
- Interest in healthcare, medical imaging, or AI technologies, and willingness to learn domain-specific concepts, is highly beneficial.
