WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while creating a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture.

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, coach and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding service and consistent food quality.
- Support training and development to build team capability and confidence.
- Create a positive team culture built around collaboration, accountability and respect.
- Lead by example and provide ongoing support and feedback to team members.

Operational Excellence
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, cleanliness and compliance.
- Manage stock levels, ordering and wastage to support smooth operations and cost control.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and workplace health and safety.
- Ensure operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.

Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives friendly, efficient and high-quality service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues confidently and professionally.
- Lead the team in creating a welcoming and positive customer experience.

Administration & Performance
- Manage rosters, labour costs and shift planning.




- Monitor store performance and implement initiatives to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with franchise and support teams to achieve business objectives.

- Previous leadership or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurants.
- A friendly, positive and motivational leadership style.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving great results.
- Ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
