Hallmark Hospitality is seeking experienced Qualified Chefs to join the kitchen team at our exciting new venue.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate chefs who thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen, take pride in producing consistently great food and enjoy being part of a professional and energetic team.
You’ll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver high-quality food, maintain strong kitchen standards and provide a consistently great experience for our guests.
About the Role
- Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work across all sections of the kitchen as required
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Assist with food preparation and service during busy periods
- Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation standards
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and general kitchen organisation
- Maintain a clean, organised and productive work environment
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements are followed
- Assist with functions, events and special menus when required
About You
- Qualified Chef with relevant trade qualifications
- Previous experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
- Passion for producing quality food and maintaining consistent standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene requirements
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
